Do the Safety Dance! Not really, but public safety is a key feature that everyone looks for in any neighborhood/community they are living in. The Woodlands has amazing public safety agencies that help keep the community safe for the families that live within it and that is something to dance about! Saturday, October 5th, from 12 to 3 PM The Woodlands Township has organized the National Night Out Community Safety Expo at Northshore Park. This is a hands-on event for everyone in the community and its FREE! Not only is this an opportunity to meet public safety agencies, but it’s a great chance to meet fellow residents of the community as well. There will be public safety demonstrations and live entertainment at the National Night Out Community Safety Expo. Public safety demonstrations will include Law Enforcement K-9’s skills in their line of work, fire safety tips from local firefighters, Entergy representatives demonstrating the dangers of contact with power lines, and a hands-only CPR demonstration by the Montgomery County Hospital District. National Night Out Safety Expo will wrap up with live music by Vinyl Arcade.

This event is a fantastic way to learn some safety tips and mingle with those who help protect The Woodlands. Be sure if you’re free on October 5th to stop by Northshore Park between 12 and 3 PM
