Within Centro there will be 78 single-family homes, 2 buildings for commercial use, and 18 new concept townhouses. Residents of Centro can start moving into the homes this summer. The residential section of Centro will be gated. This gated section will include two-story detached patio homes and three-story detached town homes. These homes will range in size from 1,900 square foot to 2,600 square foot. The price range for Centro will be $300,000 to $400,000+.
